Really good Stay Near the Thames

easy access helpful staff clean room vegan choices
The location offered easy access to many attractions. The breakfast featured a wide variety of options, including vegan choices. The staff members were helpful and attentive . The room was clean and well-kept, meeting my expectations for comfort and hygiene.
The air conditioning in my room was slightly insufficient, particularly during the warmer hours of the day.

mixed Feelings about my stay

subtle lighting missing mirror
i was disappointed with a few things. The lighting in the room was SUBTLE and made it difficult to see. the phone did not work, so i couldn't contact reception. i also noticed there was a missing full-length mirror, annoying as i needed it to prepare for an event.

great location clean rooms nice staff bathroom privacy frosted glass un-lockable door
the hotel has a great location. it is within walking distance of many attractions. the rooms were clean. the staff was nice too.
the bathroom lacked privacy. the frosted glass showed silhouettes. also the bathroom door did not lock.
